Yes, this event is rain or shine.

Can I bring a chair?

Low profile, camping-style folding chairs will be permitted in designated areas on a first come, first served basis.

Do I need a ticket to attend?

All attendees must have a valid ticket.

Is the event all ages?

Yes. Kids 5 and under do not require a ticket but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What’s the deal with Locals-Only?

Locals-only tickets are now sold out. Thank you!
To better serve fans in the Ionia area, a restricted sales area was implemented for this presale. Sales were restricted to residents within a 20-mile radius from the venue. Residency was based on credit card billing address. Orders by residents outside of the eligible area will be canceled without notice and refunds given.

Are any tickets refundable or transferable?

No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Tickets are transferable.

How do I receive my tickets?

All tickets are Mobile Delivery Only. There is a delayed delivery; no tickets will be delivered until 2 days prior to the event. For information on how to download and access your tickets through the Ticketmaster mobile app, click here.

Can I bring my RV?

Is there camping?

Will there be bathrooms and showers in the RV area?

Yes.

Will there be electricity available in the RV area?

Yes.

Are generators allowed in the RV area?

No external generators are allowed.

Getting Here & Parking

Can I park my car at the event?

Yes, free on site car parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Proof of event ticket required to park. No oversized vehicles permitted. No overnight car parking permitted.

What about rideshare?

There will be a dedicated drop off and pick up point for rideshare.
